So Proud!

Very well done to our boy's football team and girl's football teams.

They played very well and displayed a great team spirit!!

Many thanks to Mrs Pryce-Hall and Mr Gates for their coaching!

Curriculum and Government expectations

Here at Tudor, we follow the National Curriculum for PE, with teachers and our Sports Coach Mr Gates leading the sessions.

The Government expectation is for each pupil to participate in at least 2 hours of physical activity, which is achieved through the above arrangements.

PE enhancement

Each class in Key Stage 2 will access swimming sessions at the Kingfisher Leisure Centre, with qualified coaches and our trained members of staff assisting.

Football Fun

Just a few snaps from our after-school football club with Mrs Pryce-Hall and Mr Gates.

Sport Leaders

Mrs Pryce-Hall and Mr Gates will open the Sport Leader roles to children in Year 5 and Year 6 this year, with pupils welcome to continue their role for a second year where applicable. The aim of having our leaders is to encourage our pupil at Tudor to access a range of sporting activities and to use the equipment we have at lunch and break times - not just for PE lessons!

The Sport Leaders will keep a weekly tally of the number of pupils accessing the activities they run at break or lunch times. The team with the most pupils participating throughout the week, are awarded the Tudor trophey.
