Should your child need to have prescribed medication administered during the school day then please complete the medication request form. Further guidance can be found above in our Administering Medicine Policy. Children who need access to an inhaler or other medication due to a diagnosis of asthma then please complete the Asthma Register form. Paper copies are also available from our school office.
