Music at Tudor
Where words fail, music speaks.
Music at Tudor.
At Tudor C of E Primary School, children are encouraged to develop their understanding and love of music through listening, composition and performance. A wide range of musical styles are incorporated into the curriculum giving children the opportunity to experience new styles and develop their preferences. Children will be given opportunities to play and range of instruments and also sing as they develop their skills and grow in confidence in music over their time at Tudor.

Violin Lessons.
We offer many musical opportunities here at Tudor.
This year we are teaching violins ourselves to year 4 and also year 5 as they missed out learning an instrument last year due to Covid and the lockdowns. Miss Dixey is working with the children in these lessons.
The children are doing so well. Today was the first day of using their bows.
We also offer guitar lessons, flute lessons, piano lessons, singing lessons which are all offered on an individual basis.
Our school choir is very popular in our community and we are often invited to sing at local concerts and celebrations.
