After School Care at Tudor CE Primary School
We run an after school club each school day here at Tudor.
We start at 3.15pm and run until 5.15pm.
The club is run by trained members of school staff.
Parents may choose to pick up their children at either 4.15pm, 5.15pm.
Each session costs £4 if booked in advance. Bookings made on the day cost £5 per session. Cold snacks are provided during 4.15 - 5.15pm.
There is an enrolment form, a booking form, and terms and conditions form that can be found below or on paper from our school office.

To use our club.
Parents must:
- Pick up the terms and conditions document and read this.
- Fill in an enrolment form and return to the school office.
- Fill in week by week or monthly the booking form to book your child a place in the club.
- Payment must accompany the booking form.
Frequently asked questions.
- Who can pick up my child?
- Only people who you have authorised will be permitted to pick up your child. We will not release your child to anyone else without prior arrnagement with you.
- What if my child is ill?
- We will credit you if your child is ill and unable to take up their place that day.
- Who do I pay?
- Payment must be made at the time of booking and this must be via the payment app. More details can be found by asking at our school office.
